PREPARATION: Days 1 and 2 are all about preparation, you will use the handouts sent on day 1 to plan, shop and prepare your delicious, healthy meals. DETOX: Days 3 – 5 we’ll get the SUGAR OUT on your new, delicious, easy-to-follow real food meal plan!
