5-Day Sugar Detox

Congratulations for taking your first step to getting the SUGAR OUT!

I know how difficult it is to resist sugary, sweet desserts — especially during the holidays! From my own sugar addiction I have designed this special condensed program to address body awareness and provide some basic tools to help detour you from habitually grabbing from the cookie jar, and instead focus on your intentions for changing out mindless eating habits. I’m excited to help you get out of the sugar addiction cycle!

What to expect

PREPARE: Days 1 & 2 — SUGAR OUT: Days 3 – 5

After your purchase you will receive a Welcome email with an invite to my private Facebook group, and 2-3 days prior to day 1, you will receive another email with 3 documents to help prepare you for the detox: food guidelines, 3-day meal plan with recipes, and meal planning template. Additionally, every day you will get an email with great inspiration and support or some helpful tips to keep you on the right track!

Days 1 and 2 are all about preparation, you will use the handouts sent on day 1 to plan, shop and prepare your delicious, healthy meals. We will begin the detox meal plan on day 3, continuing through day 5. You will be removing sugar and using all the tools I’ll send you days 3-5.
